how do i update my nvidia geforce 7300se drivers?

I have a nvidia geforce 7300se graphics card, and i want to know how you update its driver. I’ve tried to on the website but it doesn’t seem to work….although I’m not sure i did it right.

I really need them up to date so i can play my favourite game battlefield 2142.

    go to start type in windows update button then open it check for online updates
